King Electricals & Tent House

We run King Electricals & Tent House from Sector 24 C in Chandigarh at shop number 9. Our business is a bit of a mix. On one side of the shop, we have all the electrical stuff like switches, wires, and different kinds of bulbs. The other side is where we stack the folded tents, the heavy iron poles, and the rolls of carpeting. When there is a wedding or a local festival happening, we are busy from very early in the morning until late at night. Setting up a large tent is hard physical labor. You spend hours hammering stakes into the ground and pulling on heavy fabric until your shoulders feel stiff. After the tent is up, we have to do all the temporary wiring for the lights and fans. I have been doing this for so long that I can probably wire a circuit in the dark. The shop itself is usually cluttered with toolboxes and tangled extension cords. My clothes are always stained with a bit of grease or dirt from the job sites. It is just me and a small crew of local guys who have been working together for years. We know how to get the job done even when something goes wrong at the last minute. Once the party is over, we go back and take it all down to start again.
