Doaba Tent Service

We have been set up on Sector 23 Main Road for a long time now. The work we do involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving poles around every day. Tents are not particularly glamorous things, but they are necessary when people have a gathering or a function. We have a small crew of guys who help with the loading and unloading of the trucks. Most of our mornings are spent checking the fabric for any tears or making sure the ropes are still strong enough. The weather is the biggest challenge we face. If it rains suddenly, we have to move fast to make sure everything stays dry or secure. Our office is just a simple room with a desk and a big wall calendar where we mark down the dates people need us. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People usually just stop by or call to see if we are free. The traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache when we are trying to park the tempo, but we make it work. It is a physically demanding job and my back usually aches by the end of the shift. We just try to get the structures up on time and take them down without causing a fuss. It is a local business and we know most of the people around here. We just keep doing the work.
