The Perfect Solutions

If you look for the ICICI Bank in Sector 34A, we are right above it on the third floor. You have to take the elevator or the stairs up to cabin 307. It's a bit of a maze in this building sometimes. We’ve been here in Chandigarh for a bit now. The space is small, but it’s enough for what we do every day. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or someone is typing away at a desk. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will help you out. Sector 34 is always crowded, so we usually get our lunch from the stalls downstairs. It’s a busy atmosphere. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up more than we’d like. It’s just how a small office runs. We aren't trying to be anything huge. Just a group of people working together to solve whatever comes through the door. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down mostly. It’s a practical setup. We know the security guards and the other folks in the cabins next to us. It feels like a little community on this floor. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not always perfect, but we make it through each week.
