We run Story In Vision Housing Private Limited out of Shop No 8 in Mahavir Market. Dhanas is where we’ve set up our roots. It’s a local market, so it’s always got a lot of energy and people moving around. Our shop isn't very large, but it serves as the home base for all our housing projects. The name is on the front of the shop and we spend most of our time there. It’s a small operation. Most of the time it’s just a couple of us in the shop, answering the phone and looking over plans. We aren't some high-end luxury developer with a showroom. We’re right there in the market, where the regular people are. We chose Mahavir Market because it’s convenient for everyone. If you’re in 160014, you probably know where we are. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes things take longer than we want because of the weather or getting permits, but we stay at it. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. The main job is just getting people into their houses without a lot of fuss. It’s a practical business run by local people. We’ve been in Shop 8 for a while and we like the community here. There is always tea on the stove and someone to talk to if we aren't too busy with the files.
