Kunal Reality

We’ve been over here at Sector 2 in the Shalimar Triumph building for a good while now. Kunal Reality started out because we saw how much this part of the neighborhood was changing. Most days, you’ll find one of us sitting at the desk sorting through paperwork or out showing someone a flat that just opened up. It isn’t fancy work, but it keeps us busy. People stop by all the time just to ask about what’s available or what the rent is doing these days. We know the security guards and the folks running the nearby shops pretty well. It’s a lively spot to be. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once, but we manage. There is always a lot of talk about square footage and balconies around here. We try to keep things simple. If a place has a leak or the wiring is old, we say so. There’s no point in hiding stuff because everyone talks in this building anyway. We usually have the kettle going for tea if it’s a slow afternoon. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the documents and signatures, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. It’s just how things go in Shalimar Triumph. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the keys get handed over to the right people.
