Our office is over at M-56 in Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. It’s a straightforward place to work, right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd has been operating from here, and it’s usually quite a hive of activity. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with signals, customer queries, and the technical side of things. Ghaziabad has its own rhythm, and being in Shastri Nagar means we are right in the thick of it. The office itself is practical. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of wires running everywhere. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it’s where the real work happens. We deal with a lot of local folks and businesses who just want their stuff to work. Sometimes the internet goes down or the phones act up, and that’s when we’re at our busiest. There’s no script for how we talk to people; we just try to be helpful and honest about what’s going on. We’ve spent many late nights in this building, especially when there’s a big project or a system update to handle. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we don’t make a big fuss about it. We’re just local people working in the telecom sector, trying to keep everyone connected without making things too complicated for ourselves or the people we help daily.
