SHOOR BUILD ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED is based at SCO-4 in Sector-27 C, Chandigarh. Being in an SCO means we are right above or next to shops and other businesses. It’s a very typical Chandigarh setup. We’ve been in Sector-27 C for quite a while now. Our office is mostly filled with paperwork, site plans, and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk. We deal with real estate and building stuff, so things can get pretty busy during the day. Having a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit isn't how we operate. Usually, you just walk in and see us working at our desks. We like it that way because it’s more direct. There is a lot of competition in the building trade here, but we just focus on our own tasks at SCO-4. Some days we are stuck in meetings about permits, and other days we are out checking on how a wall is being built. It’s a varied job and it keeps us busy. Marketing talk doesn't really have a place here because we don’t see the point. People either need a building or they don’t. We just provide the service and try to keep things moving forward. Chandigarh is a good city for this kind of work, and Sector-27 C is a solid home base. We’ve seen many businesses come and go, but we just keep doing our daily work. It’s what we do and we like it.
