Sanchi Buildtech

Sanchi Buildtech is located over at Gbp Eco Green in the Derabassi area. We have our office on the second floor, in room 436. It’s a pretty quiet spot most days, which is good when you’re trying to focus on building plans and project details without distraction. Zirakpur is growing so fast, and being out here in Derabassi means we’re right in the middle of all the new construction happening. We do a lot of the technical stuff that goes into building, making sure things are solid and done right from the start. It’s not just about bricks and mortar; it’s about the planning that happens before anyone even digs a hole. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the area change quite a lot in just a few years. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a workspace where we get things done. We usually have a few sets of blueprints lying around and someone is always on the phone with a contractor or a supplier. Living and working around Zirakpur means we understand the local ground and what people expect when they start a new project.
