Sameem Panhouse

Sameem Panhouse is tucked away on 2nd Cross Sri Rama Road, in the 2nd Block of Sector 45, at number 1213. It is a relatively quiet street most of the time, which is something I really appreciate. My mornings are spent cleaning up the small shop and getting all the betel leaves ready for the day ahead. Everything has to be just right, or the taste will be off and people won't come back. Having lived in Sector 45 for a very long time, this whole neighborhood feels like it is part of my own family. The shop itself is tiny, and there is barely enough room for more than two or three customers to stand inside at once. We have some old wooden shelves where we keep everything organized and within reach. People from the offices in the area usually drop in during their lunch breaks or right after they finish their work for the day. It is nice to hear all the local gossip and find out what is happening on Sri Rama Road. I don't use any modern tools or gadgets; I just use my hands and a small sharp knife for everything. The light in the shop isn't very bright, but I have worked here so long that I know where every single item is kept.
