We are located up on the first floor of Sco 371 372 373 in Sector 34. If you come up the stairs, you will find us in Cabin No 4. It is not a massive office, just a practical workspace where we handle our property development projects. We have been in this spot for a while, and the walls are mostly covered in old site maps and dusty calendars. It is a bit of a maze in these commercial blocks, but we like the central location. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or looking over building plans. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate look. We prefer to just get on with the work. People come by to discuss new builds or land they want to develop in the area. We listen to what they need and tell them what is possible. Developing property involves a lot of waiting around for permits and dealing with the usual delays, so we have learned to be patient. It’s just a small team of us here, and we keep things pretty informal. Sector 34 is always buzzing with activity, which keeps things interesting. We know the local building rules quite well, which helps when things get stuck. If you need to talk about a project, you can just find us in the cabin. We don't have any big reception area, so just walk right in. It is just us doing our daily work.
