Rubaru Event Organizers is located in Manimajra on the 12th Main, specifically in the 4th Block near Ashoka Pillar Road at Sco-2241/15. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The area around Ashoka Pillar Road is usually lively, which makes the workday go by a bit faster. We aren't a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or going out to a site to measure dimensions for a stage. Our office is pretty functional with just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. We spend most of our time trying to figure out how to fit everything a client wants into the space they’ve actually got. It’s a lot of measuring and re-measuring. We deal with local suppliers for things like flowers, catering, and sound equipment. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to get everyone on the same page, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the common hiccups. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people put their events together so they don't have to do all the legwork themselves. If you’re walking around Manimajra, you’ll probably see our sign near the other shops. We’re just regular people working in the community, trying to do a solid job on every project we take on, regardless of how big or small the actual gathering happens to be.
