Ram Chat Bhandar

So, this is Ram Chat Bhandar. We’re located over at Sector 34, specifically on Nava Darwaja Road, number 75. It’s a pretty standard spot on a street that stays fairly busy during the afternoon. We started this place because we knew the area well and felt like a chat shop would fit right in. The road outside can be a bit of a mess with people parking and walking by, but we manage. Most of the day is spent doing prep work, cutting things up and making sure the spices are ready. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a few of us here making sure the food is ready when people show up after work or during their lunch breaks. We don't really do the whole marketing thing, we just stay open and do our jobs. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, and other times we can barely keep up with the orders. That’s just how it goes in Sector 34. The number 75 building isn't anything special to look at, but it's where we are every single day. We try to keep the place tidy, though it gets hectic when the crowd picks up. If you're walking down Nava Darwaja Road, you'll see us there. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’re just part of the neighborhood routine at this point. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy.
