Rakesh Makkar

Getting to 4014 Sector 46 can be a little tricky if you don't know the turns. We are on the first floor, right at 1st Cross and 5th Main in the 3rd Phase. I am Rakesh Makkar and I spend most of my days right here. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so take your time. It’s a decent space, nothing too elaborate. We have some desks and chairs and not much else. The sun comes in through the windows in the afternoon, which makes it pretty warm. I usually keep the windows open for the breeze. This part of Sector 46 is usually quiet, which is nice for getting things done. I moved in here because it was close to where I live. It saves me a lot of time on commuting. Most days, I am just sitting here handling the day-to-day stuff that comes up. It is not a huge operation, just a small office where we handle our business quietly. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of mail or people dropping by. I try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets a bit messy with papers. That is just part of the job. It feels good to have a dedicated spot in this neighborhood. We have been here for a bit and plan to stay. If you find the 3rd Phase, you are almost there at our little floor.
