Nishant Saurav

Nishant Saurav is based on the 2nd floor of the Jeevan Prakash Building, which is located in the Chikuwadi area of Sector 17. The building itself is an older one, but it is still standing strong and has a lot of people coming and going. Since we are on the 2nd floor, we get to walk the stairs every day, which is a bit of exercise we didn't ask for but get anyway. The office is not very big, but it has everything we need for our day-to-day work. We have a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that are mostly full of old records. Sector 17 is a busy place, and being in Chikuwadi puts us right in the middle of a lot of local activity. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby, so we often step out for a quick break. Inside the Jeevan Prakash Building, it is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on our work. The windows look out towards other buildings in the sector. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a fancy reception area. It’s just a place where we handle our business in a straightforward way. The light in the office is okay, but we have some extra lamps for when it gets dark early in the winter months. Finding the building is easy because most people in Chikuwadi know the name.
