Icici Prundential

We sit at 9 Madhya Marg. It's a busy spot in Sector 9 C. Every morning starts with logging in and seeing who needs help with their policies. It's not always easy, some days the systems are slow or the phone doesn't stop ringing. We've been here a while. People come in with questions about their claims or just wanting to update their address. The office is standard, desks and chairs, nothing fancy. We try to get through the paperwork as fast as we can so people don't have to wait around. Sometimes the traffic outside on Madhya Marg is really loud, especially in the afternoons. We handle a lot of different cases, some straightforward and others a bit more complicated. It’s just us doing our jobs. We grab tea from the stall nearby when we get a break. The weather gets pretty hot here so we appreciate the shade inside. People from all over the sector drop by. We don't have a big speech for you. If you need something sorted with your Icici Prundential stuff, we're here at the desk. We keep the files organized as best we can. It’s a lot of typing and talking to people on the phone. That's really all there is to it. We keep things moving and try to make sure everyone leaves with their papers in order. It takes up most of our day but it is what we do here in Sector 9 C. We keep our coffee mugs on our desks and just keep at the work.
