We spend most of our time here at Sco 151-155 in Sector 9, right on Madhya Marg. It is a busy spot. If you know this area, you know how the traffic gets during lunch hours. We handle insurance stuff for folks around here. It’s mostly paperwork and answering the phone when someone has a problem with their car or their health policy. We have been here for a while now. The office is not very fancy, just desks and computers and a lot of files. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we get through the day. People come in looking for help with their claims or just wanting to renew something before it expires. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long in the lobby. It’s a job like any other, really. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are stressed out because of an accident, and others are just stopping by because they work nearby. Madhya Marg is always loud, so we usually keep the doors shut tight. It’s just us doing what we do. Nothing too complicated about it. We just make sure the forms are filled out right and the system is updated. If you are walking past Sector 9, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a solid place to work and we know the neighborhood well by now. We just take it one day at a time.
