Rajni Sweets

We have been here on Dinnur Main Road in Sector 17 for quite a long time now. Most mornings start pretty early when the milk arrives and we have to get everything moving before the sun gets too high. It is a busy spot on this road and you can always hear the traffic passing by outside the front door. We don't have a huge place but it fits what we need. Sometimes the floor gets a bit sticky when we are making the syrups but that is just how it goes with this kind of work. The counters are usually full of different trays by the afternoon. We see a lot of the same faces every day, people stopping in on their way home from work or just walking by. It is mostly just us working in the back and trying to keep up with the orders. The shelves get a bit dusty if we don't watch them because of the road outside, so there is always cleaning to do. We don't really do anything fancy here, just the usual stuff you would find in a shop like this in Sector 17. The light inside isn't the brightest but it works well enough for us to see what we are doing. We just keep the doors open and let the air come in from the street while we work through the batches. It is a simple routine that hasn't changed much over the years we have been here.
