You can find Bites at Shop Number 13 in the Inner Market of Sector 48. We are right here in Chandigarh, 160047. The Banyan Tree School is very close to us, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find our shop. Being in the Inner Market means we get a lot of locals who live nearby in the sector. It's a nice community feel. We’ve been operating out of this shop for a while now. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on quick service because people in the market are usually on the move. We open up the shutters every morning and start getting things ready. Sector 48 is a bit quieter than some of the main city areas, which we like. The school nearby brings in some activity during the afternoons. We are just regular people running a small business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just cook and serve. Sometimes the market gets a bit crowded on weekends, but usually, it's a steady flow. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the daily tasks. If you are walking around the Inner Market, just look for shop 13. We are always there doing our thing and making sure things are tidy. It’s a simple job but we take it seriously.
