Meenakshi Foods

Plot No 181/16 in Industrial Area Phase I is where we spend most of our time. Meenakshi Foods isn’t a giant factory; it’s more of a focused operation where we handle food products. It’s always smelling like something or other depending on what we’re processing that day. Sometimes it's spices, sometimes it’s something else entirely. The floor is always busy, and there’s a lot of cleaning involved to keep things up to code. We don’t have a marketing department or a spokesperson. It’s just us and the machines and the delivery vans. We’ve been in this part of the industrial area for a while, and we’ve seen shops come and go. We just stay steady. The neighbors are mostly other food businesses or workshops, so we all kind of understand each other. It’s hard work, especially when the orders pile up right before a holiday. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food products and send them out. It’s honest, tiring, but good work. You learn a lot about how things are made when you're right there on the floor every day. If you’re ever near Plot 181/16, you’ll probably see our workers loading up the trucks. We’re just regular people trying to make a living and provide something decent for the market. No big corporate mission, just food and the daily grind to keep everything moving smoothly.
