Sai Sweets

We are located in Sector 22 in Chandigarh, right near the Piccadilly Hotel. This is a very busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside our doors. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of sugar and milk. It is a lot of work to keep the display cases full, especially when it is a holiday or a weekend. We have people coming in all day long looking for something sweet to take home. We start early in the morning, getting the batches ready and making sure everything looks right. The kitchen can get pretty sticky and hot with all the boiling going on. We are a small team and we’ve been in this sector for quite a while now. We know a lot of the families who live around here. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people just know where we are. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the shop and it is hard to move around, but we just try to help everyone as fast as we can. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like wrapping boxes and weighing out different items. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. It is a good spot to be in at SCO 1102-1103, right in the heart of Sector 22, and we just keep things going one day at a time, even when the market gets noisy.
