Rajbhog

Rajbhog is situated in Mohali, over in Sector 21. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s not a massive operation. We mostly just focus on getting things ready for the day and making sure the shop looks decent. Sector 21 has a lot of families, so we see a lot of parents and kids coming through. It’s nice to know the people who live just a few streets away. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just put the stuff out and people come. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Mohali. We spend a lot of our time in the back, working on the food. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s a rhythm to it that feels good. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s slow just to watch the cars go by. It’s a simple life, really. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a counter, some shelves, and a lot of hard work. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. That’s just how we were raised to do things. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll find us easily enough. We keep a small notebook for orders and a heavy jar for change, keeping it all very old-school because that is what we know best.
