Rajan Kumar Maurya operates out of 128/1 Manimajra Near Airport. Being near the airport means we hear the planes all day long, but after a while, you stop noticing the noise. It’s a convenient spot for us. The building is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the number 128/1 to find us. Rajan is usually busy with something or other. He is not the type to sit still for long. We don't have any big slogans or goals written on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and then head out. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. Manimajra is a place where everyone is busy with their own thing, and we are no different. We have built up a bit of a routine over the years. We know where the best tea is nearby and which shortcuts to take when the main road is blocked. It’s these little things that make working here feel right. We don't need a lot of praise or attention. Just being able to keep the doors open and the work coming in is enough for us. Rajan handles the main stuff, and a couple of us help out with the rest. It’s a modest setup but it serves its purpose perfectly. There isn't any need for anything more complicated than that.
