Raj Kishore

My office is located at 385 Manimajra, right on Puttenahali Main Road. I’m Raj Kishore, and I’ve been running things from this location for quite a while now. The Puttenahali area is always buzzing, especially in the evenings when the markets open up nearby. My place isn't very large, just enough room for me and a couple of visitors. I’ve got a wooden table that’s been with me since I started, and a few filing cabinets that are getting pretty full. I don’t see the need for a lot of technology when a pen and paper work just as well for most things. The light in the office is a bit dim in the corners, but I like it that way; it keeps things cool during the summer months. I spend a lot of time talking on the phone or meeting people who walk in off the street. It’s a lot of face-to-face work, which is how I like to do business. I don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. I just try to be helpful to the people who come to see me at 385 Manimajra. Sometimes the noise from the main road makes it hard to hear, so we have to speak up a bit. It’s a regular life and a regular business, nothing too fancy or complicated about it. I’m usually here until late most evenings, making sure everything is squared away for the next day. It is just a small office on a busy street.
