Rahul Sidhu Group, Chandigarh

This part of the Rahul Sidhu Group is based in Zirakpur, specifically at 150 Aks Colony. Zirakpur is always growing and there is a lot of new construction around, but our colony is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been in this office for a bit now. It’s a simple setup with just enough space for our small team to work. We don't have a lot of fancy office equipment or expensive furniture. We mostly just have our desks and a place to sit and talk. We handle different tasks throughout the week, mostly coordinating things for local clients. We don't spend time on big advertisements or trying to look more important than we are. We are just a group of people trying to keep our business running smoothly. Sometimes the traffic on the main Zirakpur road makes it hard to get around, so we try to do as much as we can from the office. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels of management. It’s just a few of us making the decisions and doing the work. We like being in Aks Colony because it feels like a real community. We don't have a fancy mission or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to run things and it suits us just fine for now.
