We've been over here at Plot 148 in Phase II for a while now. It's an industrial spot, mostly quiet but busy during the day when the trucks are moving. We handle land stuff and property links around Chandigarh. Sometimes people just stop by to ask about plots or what’s available nearby. It's a bit dusty outside because of all the construction going on in the lane. My desk is usually covered in maps and old files. We just do our work and go home at the end of the shift. Not much to look at from the outside, just a gate and the sign that’s been there for years. If you’re coming from the main industrial area, we’re right near there, which makes it easy to find. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. Property deals can get messy with all that paperwork, but we try to manage it as best as we can. I usually drink my tea at the front desk while looking over the morning paper. The neighbors are mostly warehouses and small workshops. We've seen a lot of changes in Phase II over the years. It used to be a lot emptier than it is now. Now there are trucks parked everywhere and more buildings. We help people find what they need in terms of land. Nothing fancy about it. Just a local office doing what we know. The office is small but it works for what we need. It's practical.
