Pule Engineering

Down in Phase-3B2 in Mohali, we’ve got our workshop set up at 1633. It’s a typical engineering spot—there's grease on the floor, the smell of metal in the air, and tools scattered across the workbenches. We aren't a big factory; it's more of a place where we take on specific jobs and fix things that need fixing. The machines we have are old but they still run fine if you know how to handle them. Mohali has grown so much, but this part of Phase-3B2 still feels like the old days. We spend a lot of time measuring things, cutting metal, and trying to figure out why a particular part isn't fitting the way it should. It’s hard on the hands and the back, but it's the kind of work we know. Some days it’s just one person working on a single project for hours, and other days it’s a bit more chaotic with different things going on at once. We don't have a front office with a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up. The lighting isn't great, and it gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of big fans that help a bit. It’s just a practical, straightforward engineering workshop. We don't talk much while we're working, just focus on getting the job done so it can be picked up by the owners.
