A-One Engineers

A-One Engineers is based at Plot No. 117 in the Phase-II Industrial Area, right across from the ESI Hospital. Being near the hospital means there is always an ambulance siren or traffic noise nearby. Our workshop is a big open space with a concrete floor that is stained with oil and grease from all the years we've been here. We do a lot of metal work and repairs, so there is always the sound of grinding or welding going on. It is a dirty job and our hands are never really clean, but that is part of being an engineer. We have a bunch of heavy tools that we've collected over time, some of them are older than the guys working here. The roof is made of tin, so it gets incredibly loud when it rains, and we usually have to stop talking and just work. We keep a cooler of water near the entrance because it gets dusty and hot inside. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; if someone wants to talk to us, they just walk into the shop and find someone who isn't busy. We take on all sorts of odd jobs, from fixing small parts to building bigger frames. It is just about getting the metal to do what it needs to do. We don't put on any acts here, just honest work with our hands.
