You can find us on the second floor of house number 47 in Mohali Phase V. It is a residential-feeling area but we have set up our daily workspace here. We deal with homes, specifically the process of building them and helping families finally move in. Being in Phase V is very convenient because it is a well-known part of Mohali and it is quite easy for people to reach us. The office itself is pretty low-key and quiet. We have our filing cabinets, some computers, and a simple place to sit down and talk. We are definitely not a massive company with hundreds of employees running around. It is just a small group of us who really care about getting the walls up straight and the roofs on right. Sometimes we are out at the construction sites more than we are actually sitting in the office. Building a home from scratch is a big deal for anyone, so we try not to make the process more complicated than it needs to be. We talk very plainly about what things cost and how long the work will actually take. There is no real point in sugarcoating the details. If there is a rain delay or a problem with the pipes, we just say so. We have had people come to us just because they saw a house we were working on a few streets over. It is mostly word of mouth that keeps us going here.
