Prakash Catering Service

Our place for Prakash Catering Service is at 221, Sec- 22 A, right in the middle of Sector-22. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty busy throughout the day. We’ve been working out of this location for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of use. Inside, it’s mostly kitchen space and storage for our equipment. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have our stoves, our pots, and our ingredients. Most of our day is spent prepping for different events. There’s a lot of peeling, cutting, and stirring going on from early morning until late at night. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been in the food business for years. We don’t talk much about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be cooked and when it needs to be delivered. Sector-22 is a good spot for us because it’s central, though parking the delivery trucks can be a headache sometimes. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward business. We take the orders, we make the food at 221, Sec- 22 A, and we get it to the client. There’s no magic to it, just a lot of hard work and making sure the kitchen stays clean and the burners stay hot enough to keep up with the demand.
