We are located over in Sec-32D. If you know Sector-32 D at all, you know it's a busy spot. Pragati Nirman Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of people who like building things and seeing projects through to the end. We aren't big on talk. We spend most of our days looking at drawings or out on a site somewhere getting our boots dirty. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We’ve been around this area for quite some time now. Most of our work comes from people who saw what we did for their neighbor or a friend. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the concrete and the bricks. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We deal with all the usual headaches of construction like rain delays or material prices going up and down. That's just part of the reality of working in this industry. We try to be fair and just do what we said we would do. It's pretty simple. We don’t have a fancy reception area or people in suits. It’s just us doing the work day in and day out. If you need something built or fixed up in this part of town, we're usually around. We like seeing the buildings go up and knowing we had a hand in it.
