It isn't a high-pressure environment. We take things as they come and try to handle any issues without making a big fuss. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the location because it’s easy to get to, even when the traffic is a mess. There is a certain comfort in knowing the routine and sticking to it. Pradeep is usually the first one in and the last one to leave. That is just how it is here.
