PCL HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED

PCL Housing Private Limited is based out of PCL House, which is SCO 198 in Sector-7C of Chandigarh. We are located right across from the sports stadium. It is a very easy place to find because the stadium is such a big landmark in the 160019 area. When there are games or events, the whole street outside gets really busy and full of energy. Our office is a functional space where we do all our housing work. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It’s more of a real, working office where people are busy with plans and documents. We have been in Sector-7C for a while and we feel like a part of the local scene. We do not have any scripts for how we talk to people. We just keep it simple and straightforward. Most of our day involves checking on different projects and making sure everything is happening when it should. PCL Housing Private Limited is a local name and we are proud of being in Chandigarh. We do not try to use big marketing words or make things sound more complicated than they are. We just open up the office in the morning and get to it. Being opposite the sports stadium gives us a good view and a sense of being in the middle of the city's life. It is a practical, honest place to run a business.
