Nimit Projects is based in Mani Majra. We are on the ground floor of the Modern Housing Complex. The exact number is 5419. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but basically, we are right there in the residential area. Being in the Modern Housing Complex means it’s a bit quieter than being out on the main highway, which we appreciate. Our office is easy to get to since it’s on the ground floor. No climbing a bunch of stairs every morning. We have been in Mani Majra for some time now. It’s a nice part of the area to work in. Nimit Projects isn't some big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group and this space at 5419 fits us just right. We have our desks set up and a small area for files. It’s a practical workspace. Manimajra has its own pace of life, and we fit right into it. Sometimes people get confused because Mani Majra is mentioned twice in some listings, but once you find the Modern Housing Complex, you’re set. We just go about our daily routine here. We aren't into the whole polished business talk. We just do the work that comes our way and try to keep our corner of the ground floor organized. It is just a regular office for regular people like us.
