You can find New Vyas Catering Service at House No-1471, P No-2, which is tucked away in Sec-50-B, Sector-52. It is more of a home-style setup than a big industrial unit. We use a lot of the space for storing dry goods like lentils and flour. It’s a busy house, especially when there’s a big order coming up. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do. We don’t have a receptionist or a marketing team; usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone while trying to stir a pot at the same time. Working out of Sector-52 means we are close to a lot of our regular clients. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our routine stays mostly the same.
