Setting up NAINA HILLS LLP in Sector 17-D was a choice based on just being in the middle of everything. SCO-93 is where you can find us. If you know Chandigarh, you know Sector 17 is the heart of it all. It’s always busy with people shopping or just walking around the plaza. Our office is in one of those classic shop-cum-office buildings that have been around forever. It’s got that old-school Chandigarh feel to it with the concrete and the wide corridors. We do a lot of our work regarding land and hilly areas, which is where the name comes from. The space inside is pretty basic. We’ve got some chairs that have seen better days and piles of maps and folders everywhere. It gets quite loud outside during the festival seasons or when there's a big event in the plaza, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Working in 17-D means we are close to all the government offices and banks, which makes the logistical side of the business a lot easier for everyone involved. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated marketing team. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see the board when they are walking by the shop fronts. We just show up every morning, drink some coffee, and see what the day brings. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without any of the extra fluff that you see elsewhere.
