Mortar Civil Solutions Private Limited

Our small office is run right out of a house in Sector 22C, specifically House No. 2221. It’s a quiet residential area in Chandigarh which makes it a nice place to get work done without too much distraction. We focus on civil solutions, which basically means we spend our time looking at blueprints and figuring out how to fix things or build them from scratch. We’ve lived and worked in this city for years. The neighborhood knows us, and we try to keep things low-key. It’s not one of those big glass-windowed offices you see downtown. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and talk about projects. Usually, there’s some coffee going and a lot of papers scattered around the table. People stop by when they need something done right. We deal with the usual stuff like permits, site planning, and managing the labor. It gets busy during the construction season, so we might not always be sitting at the desk. We started this because we knew the area and saw a need for someone who actually knows the local ground conditions. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job and move on to the next one. It's a lot of hard work and late nights sometimes, but that’s the way it is when you’re running your own thing. Dealing with brick and mortar is just what we know.
