Started Morivi Homes Private Limited a while back. We are based out of House No. 1099 in Sector 37B. It’s on the second floor, so there are a few stairs to climb whenever someone visits. Chandigarh is a planned place, but things still get a bit hectic around here during the day. We spend most of our time dealing with home-related stuff and paperwork. It isn't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of tea being made. People often miss the turn to our street because the house numbers in 37B can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We’ve been here for a bit now, getting to know the neighbors. The area is mostly quiet residential, which helps when we need to focus on work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the mail gets delivered to the floor below by mistake, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to get the jobs done and keep things moving. Most days it’s just us figuring out the next steps for the projects we have on hand. It's a small team, maybe just enough to fill the room. We like the location because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here. If you ever find yourself near Sector 37B, you'll likely see our small sign near the gate.
