We’ve been working out of H.No. 1195 here in Sector 11 for a while now. It’s just us, Mohan Land Promoters Private Limited, trying to help people with land stuff. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a house where we get things done. Mostly we deal with local plots and trying to make sure the paperwork is right for everyone in the neighborhood. People stop by all the time to ask about what’s available or how the prices are moving around here. It gets busy, especially in the mornings. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a group that knows Sector 11 well. My brother and a couple of guys handle the site visits while I stay back at the house to answer the phone. Sometimes it’s loud because of the street traffic, but it works for us. We just keep things straightforward. If someone needs a piece of land or wants to talk about development, we sit down and look at the maps. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Buildings going up where there used to be nothing. We just want to stay part of that process without making things too complicated. If you're walking past 1195, you'll see our sign. It’s a simple setup. We like it that way because we can talk to people like neighbors instead of clients.
