Mobnexus Events & Promotion

We are based out of I T Park in R K Puram, specifically at number 54. Working in an IT park is a bit strange for an event and promotion group because everyone else is wearing ties and looking very serious. We are usually the ones running around in jeans, carrying boxes of promotional materials or banners. It is a fast-paced environment for sure. The elevators are always full of people talking about software, while we are talking about where to put the registration desk for a product launch or a small exhibition. Our office is a bit of a mess compared to the tech companies upstairs. We have posters leaning against the walls and boxes of branded pens everywhere. We spend a lot of time in the cafeteria or the parking lot, just coordinating with vendors and staff. R K Puram is a busy area, so getting things delivered on time is always a bit of a gamble with the traffic. We just try to stay ahead of the schedule as much as we can. We handle the groundwork that makes promotions happen. It isn't always pretty or easy. There is a lot of waiting around for trucks to arrive and then a sudden rush to get everything set up before the crowds show up. We have been doing this for a bit now, and we have learned that things rarely go exactly as planned. We just adapt as we go along.
