MELVIC CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Melvic Constructions has an office on the 4th floor of Plot No.16 in the IT Park, Sector-22. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, though mostly we just see other office buildings and the parking lot. It’s a modern enough building, but our office inside is pretty plain. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of rolls of drawings for the projects we are handling. Working in the IT Park means there are always people moving around and a lot of energy, which we like. We spend our days coordinating with different teams and making sure the construction schedules are being followed as best as they can be. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls that never seem to end. Sometimes we have to go down to the site in the middle of the day to sort out a problem, so we keep our boots near the door. We aren't some big corporate entity; we are just people who enjoy building things and seeing a project go from a drawing to a real structure. The commute to Sector-22 can be tiring, but once we are here, we just get on with the work. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. If you want to know what we are doing, you just have to look at the buildings we are working on. That’s how we prefer it.
