Manjot Kaur

I'm Manjot Kaur and I set up here at 3010 Sector 38 right near Gandhi Chowk. If you know the chowk, you know it's always crowded and there's always something going on. My place is just a short walk from the main intersection. I’ve lived around here for years, so it felt natural to open up a spot in this part of town. The building is a bit old, but it has character. I do most of the work myself, though sometimes my cousin helps out when things get backed up. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and I'm usually at the back or handling something at the counter. I like it that way because I can talk to everyone who comes in. It gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we clean up every morning before opening. I try to stay organized with my ledgers and notes, but sometimes the desk gets buried under paperwork. It's a small business, and it keeps me busy from morning until dinner time. People in Sector 38 are friendly, and we get a lot of locals dropping by just to say hello or check on things. It’s an honest way to make a living and I'm glad to be part of the neighborhood here near the chowk. I don't plan on moving anytime soon because the location is just too convenient for me.
