Malaru Events & Wedding Organizers

Being in Sector 22, specifically at House Number 2513, means we are right in the middle of a residential area. Most of our work starts right here in the living room or the small office space we set up in the back. It is mostly just a few of us trying to keep track of a hundred different lists on scraps of paper. People stop by all the time because they know where we live. We handle a lot of the local weddings and smaller parties around the block. It gets pretty loud sometimes when we are testing out speakers or checking the lighting equipment in the yard before a show. The neighbors are mostly used to the noise by now. We don't have a big fancy storefront with mannequins or anything like that. It is more about the notebooks full of scribbles and the constant smell of coffee in the morning. Organizing events is mostly about dealing with people who are very nervous. We spend hours talking to brides and their mothers about things that might not even matter in the end, like ribbon colors. But we listen anyway. It is just part of the job we chose. We have seen a lot of changes in the sector over the years. The roads are busier now, but we still know all the shortcuts to get to the venues on time. It is a messy job with a lot of heavy lifting, but it keeps us busy.
