Makkar Investors & Euro Housing

Our office is tucked away in the Jayashree Commercial Complex on Hosur Road. It’s Shop Number 2/2 at 1360/1 Sector 22. Makkar Investors & Euro Housing is a bit of a long name, but we are just a small team working out of this complex. The area is usually pretty busy with all the shops and people moving around. We spend our days looking at investment stuff and housing. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We’ve got a couple of desks and a lot of folders. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, so there is always something going on. We like being on Hosur Road because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a bit much sometimes. We don't go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just look at the numbers and the properties and tell people what we see. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking out different housing sites. It’s a lot of legwork. We keep things pretty informal. If you come by, you might find us having a cup of tea or arguing about where to go for lunch. It’s just a normal workplace. We’ve been in Sector 22 for a while and plan to stay for many more years to come. The building isn't the newest, but it’s home to us. It gets the job done and keeps us close to the action.
