MAAN BUILDERS AND ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at SCO 44 in Sector 12. MAAN BUILDERS AND ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is a small company where we handle both the building part and the engineering side of things. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we’ve been doing it this way for a while. Our office in Sector 12 is a pretty normal place, nothing fancy, just desks and a lot of paper. We spend a good chunk of our time trying to figure out the best way to put things together so they last. Engineering can be a bit complicated, but we try to explain it to people in a way that makes sense without using too much technical jargon. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management; it’s just a few of us making the decisions. This means we can be a bit more flexible when something unexpected happens on a job site. The building business in this area is always changing, and we just try to keep up with the local rules and what people are looking for. We don't make big promises we can't keep. Instead, we just tell you what we can do and how long it might take. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Most of our work comes from people we’ve worked with before or people who heard about us from a neighbor. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects we have.
