Lamba Colonisers

We are over here in Sector 38, right on the first floor near the Mandir. It is 2351, Sector-38 C to be exact. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down and look at maps and papers all day. Being colonisers means we spend a lot of time thinking about land and where people are going to live next. Some days are just busy with people coming in to ask about plots or where the city is growing. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of where we are situated, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we knew the area well and figured we could help out with the property stuff. You will usually find one of us here drinking tea and sorting through files. It is mostly paperwork and talking to folks who want to settle down in this part of town. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, so take your time. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the local market. Dealing with land can be complicated with all the rules, so we just try to keep things straightforward. If you walk past the Mandir, you cannot really miss the building. It has been our base for quite some time now, and we like the neighborhood. People stop by just to chat about the market trends sometimes.
