Krishan Chand

I am Krishan Chand and I am based at 1318 in the Unnati Estate area of Manimajra. Unnati Estate is a bit different from the older parts of town as it feels a little more planned out. I moved my work here because I needed a bit more space and a slightly quieter environment. The address 1318 is where I spend the majority of my waking hours. It is not a large office by any means, but it has enough room for my files and a decent-sized table to work on. I don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the bell rings, I usually go and answer the door myself. I think it makes the whole process feel more personal. The walls are painted a simple white and I have a few plants on the windowsill that I sometimes forget to water. Manimajra can be a very busy place, so being tucked away in Unnati Estate gives me the peace I need to focus on my tasks. I don't have any grand plans for expansion or anything like that. I am happy just doing a good job for the people who seek me out. Most of my clients are locals who have been coming to me for years. We just sit down, discuss what needs to be done, and I get to work. It is a very practical and low-pressure way of doing things, and it has worked for me for a long time now.
