Koshish Events & Promotions

Koshish is based in Malerkotla at number 1374. If you know this town, you know it is a place where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. We started this because we saw a need for someone to help out with local festivals and family events that were getting too big to handle alone. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It is more of a practical space where we store our supplies and meet with people over a cup of tea to discuss their plans. The name Koshish means effort, and we just put that into the work we take on. We are usually out on the street or at a venue rather than sitting behind a desk for hours. Malerkotla has a lot of tradition, and we try to respect that in the events we help with. We deal with everything from small shop promotions to bigger neighborhood gatherings. It involves a lot of talking to different vendors and making sure everyone is on the same page for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather turns bad, and we just have to figure it out on the spot with whatever we have. We are not a big city agency with a hundred employees. It is just a few of us who are familiar with the local area and the people here. We just take things one day at a time.
