K & A Developers &K & A Developers & Infrastructures Llp is based at Sco 859 on Kalka Road in Manimajra. It’s a busy stretch of road, but being in the Nac area makes it a good spot for a development business. We handle a lot of the groundwork and infrastructure planning right from this office. We’ve been here for a bit, and the address has become pretty familiar to our contractors and partners. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby or a bunch of people in suits. Most of us are usually wearing boots because we spend half our time out in the field. The office is where we do the math and the drawings. It’s a lot of long hours and cold tea. The company has been part of the growth happening along Kalka Road for some time. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we run into snags with the weather or the supply chain, but we always try to figure it out. We don’t have a big marketing budget to tell everyone how great we are. We just let the roads and the buildings we work on speak for us. If you’re heading towards Chandigarh from Mani Majra, you’ll likely pass near us. It’s a straightforward business. We develop land and we build infrastructure. That’s really all there is to tell about our little outfit here at Sco 859. We just come in every day and try to get the work done right.
