Our office is at Plot No. 61 in the Marble Market area of Sector-34. Being in the marble market means it is always busy and there is a lot of noise from trucks and people moving stone. Jindal Estate Constructions Private Limited fits right in there. We have a lot of stuff going on with different building projects. It's a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to and that the workers know what they are doing. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, a water cooler that leaks a little, and maps of various sites pinned to the walls. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. We usually just stand around a table and look at drawings while drinking tea. The dust from the market gets everywhere, so we are always wiping down our screens and keyboards. We’ve been in this business for a long time, so we know how things work, even when they get complicated. It’s just part of the job. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they are already in the market or someone told them about us. We just keep our heads down, stay in Sector-34, and do the construction work that needs doing. There is always a new project to start and an old one to finish up.
