Jai Shakti Tent House

Jai Shakti Tent House is located at number 92 in Gobindpura, over in Sector 40. We are basically a storage yard and a small office. We have all the gear for weddings and festivals. There are stacks of folded tents, piles of metal pipes, and hundreds of chairs. It’s a lot to manage. We spend most of our mornings loading the vans and our nights taking everything down. It’s tiring, but it's what we do. The office in Sector 40 is where we meet people to talk about their dates and what kind of setup they want. We don't have any shiny brochures or anything. We just show them photos of what we've done before. Gobindpura is a lively area, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise when we’re moving the poles around late at night. We try to be quiet, but it’s hard with all that metal. We’ve been around for a good while, so people know to come to us when they have a big gathering. It’s a rough and tumble business. The fabric gets torn sometimes and we have to spend the afternoon sewing it back up. It’s not perfect, but we make sure the tents stay standing. That's really the main thing people care about. We’ve got a couple of big trucks that are always coming and going from the yard near the main gate.
